we offer full refunds on unused/unopened products. products must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date. the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

due to the nature of our products, once an item has been opened/used, it is no longer eligible for a refund. we recommend buying smaller/travel size items if you are new to a product to see how you like it. 

any item that arrives damaged or defective is eligible for a free exchange. exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your product. pictures of damaged item(s) must be sent to info@fayeandcompany.com before an exchange credit will be issued. if the the exchange request is made 14 days after purchase, or pictures are not sent, the product may no longer be eligible for exchange.
