BEFORE towel drying, apply a small amount of After Shower Oil into palms and massage thoroughly into wet skin, taking care to avoid sensitive areas. towel dry as usual, making sure to gently pat, rather than rubbing the skin harshly. 

keep in mind that only a small amount of product is needed. 2-3 pumps is usually sufficient for the entire body.
